Ben Dalziel

Technical product leader. Twenty years across software engineering, platform strategy, product development, and AI-assisted delivery.

San Marcos, California

I build foundational capabilities that other teams and products rely on: turning ambiguous customer and system problems into clear product models, prototypes, sequencing decisions, and platforms built for large audiences, traffic spikes, and high-stakes live events.

I started as an engineer and never fully left. Most of my work sits where product judgment and technical depth have to be held by the same person, usually in small senior teams.

The portfolio grew registered users 2,296% and direct-to-consumer revenue 12,249%.
  • Led Williams Racing's evolution from a corporate website into an integrated global platform spanning web, mobile, live data, identity, loyalty, content, and sponsor activation, growing the registered audience from zero to 1.5M+.
